Baked chicken

So this one is not particularly exciting. However with care it turns out to be a fairly tasty and safe dish without a lot of work.

  • 4 Chicken breasts, skin and bone free
  • 2 tbl of olive oil
  • Favourite seasoning: Oregano, Rosemary, etc
  • Salt
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 380F
  2. Wash the chicken breasts
  3. Pour olive oil into a baking dish
  4. Place chicken in the dish and make sure it is basked with oil on both sides
  5. Add seasoning and salt
  6. Cover the dish with aluminium foil
  7. Place in the oven for 30-40 mins, until cooked inside
